Mike runs the EZ Referral Network, a Top 20 Real Estate team in North America based on Real Trends. Mike practiced law for 17 years before practicing Real Estate. As an attorney, Mike started, and was on the Board of many LGBT+ organizations. He sat on the Ohio Department of Health's Advisory Committee on AIDS in the 1980s. LGBT+ homeless youth has always been a cause that Mike has been passionate about, and he is honored to serve on the LGBT+ Housing Initiative Board of Directors.
Dave Gervase has led his real estate practice in South Florida since 1999 and has been with Keller Williams since 2006. Dave has been fortunate to grow his business though the KW models and systems and has enjoyed the opportunity to serve in leadership at the market center level as well. His “Reside Oceanside” Team was the #1 Team in Sales Volume and Units Sold in the Fort Lauderdale Market Center for 2020. He is also an investor in a KW Market Center and Title Alliance Professionals of Florida.
As an agent, Dave has served on two core groups Launching two KW Market Centers and 16 Associate Leadership Councils. At the market center level as Assistant Team Leader he grew the market center by 80 agents and was responsible for their productivity coaching. He had previously served as the Fort Lauderdale/Broward County chapter leader of NAGLREP and now serves in the same role with The Alliance creating networking, educational opportunities and political action initiatives for local agents of all brands. Additionally he is a founding member and sits on the Board of Directors of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. He has been a member of the KW Rainbow Network’s Leadership Council throughout its growth and is a member of the KW Industry Leaders Panel. Dave has also received the “What Is Culture” Award in his office three times and the South Florida Region’s “Spirit of Culture” award in 2010.
In 2020 Gervase was named to the Keller Williams South Florida Region’s Associate Leadership council and the Social Diversity and Equity Taskforce. Dave has been recognized for his work with Pet Rescue, AIDS Walk Florida, and The Jarvis Foundation. Additionally Dave created the GOT YOUR BACK fund for agents helping agents at the market center level and was responsible KW partnering with Neighbors for Neighbors to provide Thanksgiving meals and Happy Holidays to struggling Fort Lauderdale Families.
Dave’s primary market areas are Fort Lauderdale/ Hollywood and Broward County Florida. He lives in Hollywood with his Husband of 24 Years Ted, their cat and two very bad dogs.
Prior to real estate, Brad directed communications for the largest state/local LGBT business chamber in the U.S. (if not the world), the Greater Seattle Business Association. He has been serving clients in residential real estate practice since 2004, recognized by Seattle Magazine as a Five Star Professional for 11 years, runs a BBB accredited business, is a top 10 percent producing broker at Keller Williams Greater Seattle (one of the top producing firms in King County) and joined the firm’s ownership group in 2021. Brad also serves as the marketing committee co-chair on his firm’s Associate Leadership Council and is a member of the California Polytechnic State University Journalism Advisory Board, the nationally accredited program from which he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree. He strives to one day soon have a part time life in Palm Springs. In the meantime he loves going on “weekend” ski trips with his husband Terry and their two small dogs Millie and Rigby at their Cascade Mountain condo an hour drive from home.

Matthew Buchta is a REALTOR® out of our Keller Williams Platinum office in Oklahoma City, OK. Born and raised in a rural suburb of Houston, TX, Matthew transitioned to the “Okie Life” in 2011 in search of new opportunities after studying Business at the University of Houston. He quickly obtained his Oklahoma real estate license in December 2011 and dove into the KW world.
Matthew’s business is nearly 90% referral based and he attributes that to his passion for helping people, staying in contact, and his active social life. Outside of his business, Matthew is an avid foodie, lives a very active lifestyle and is committed to volunteering with local homeless youth charities and HIV/AIDS organizations.
