Once you work with one of our agents, and go under contract on a property, they will register you with us.  Upon closing we will receive the 25% donation from the agent.  Within 10 days after closing, you will receive your check in the mail.  The remaining contribution will go into a fund where it will be distributed to worthy organizations that help LGBT+ Homeless youth.

If you fill in the contact sheet from this website, we will find you an excellent LGBT+ realtor who will work with you to find your home and make the contribution for you to receive the benefit provided by the Initiative.

This is a program from the KW Rainbow Network.  To participate in this program, an agent must be a member of KWRN.

We would be eternally grateful if you did.  At the time your agents registers you, or  any time prior to receiving your benefit, you can ask your agents to designate all or part of it to go to the Youth Fund.  For example. Instead of 20% to you and 5% to the Youth Fund, you could designate 15% to you and 10% to the Youth Fund, or any amount you feel you would like to offer.

The short answer is no and you will not be receiving a 1099 for the benefit you receive.
